As some users of Hikvision devices have already noticed, DDNS service company's own (HiDDNS) You are no longer accepting new user registration, and is expected to also not accept the registration of new devices from 16 February 2017. see below, the statement made by Hikvision, the reason for this change and how to use the new service Hik-Connect.

Hikvision is pleased to announce the migration from Hikvision’s HiDDNS Service to the Hik-Connect platform.
Hikvision has offered HiDDNS, a Dynamic Domain Name Service, (www.hik-online.com) as an optional service to end users to enable remote access to their video surveillance cameras from a connected device.
As the user base continues to grow, Hikvision is migrating to the new Hik-Connect platform, which offers additional scalability by removing restrictions on capacity. It is not cloud P2P technology, which means port forwarding is a must-to-be-done step.
With Hik-Connect on Amazon Web Service, we leverage their best practices to enhance our security. Alternatively, customers still have the option to use any other third-party DDNS platform, as DynDns, No-IP e PeanutHull.
The Web portal will be discontinued in HiDDNS 30 December 2016; Customers can not register new accounts in www.hik-online.com not have the ability to access the Device Status tab or the Device Management tab. However, functionality HiDDNS device will not be affected and users will continue to have access to each device through the domain of the URL or through the iVMS-4200 client software / iVMS 4500.
As of 16 February 2017, any new device can be registered using the current platform HiDDNS. However, previously registered devices will continue to work on the platform HiDDNS.
A plataforma HIk-Connect, with all features, will be ready in the first quarter of 2017. Meanwhile, customers can use the Hik-Connect application to register devices. Once the complete deck is online, customers will use the same login account created using the APP Hik-Connect or iVMS-4500 application to centrally manage all devices.
Here are the set-up instructions:
1. 1. Upgrade device to proper firmware that supports Hik-Connect
2. Enable “Hik-Connect” on device local or Web GUI, and configure corresponding parameters if necessary
3. 3. Download the Hik-Connect App from the IOS App store / Google Play
4. Register user’s personal account via email or phone number at Hik-Connect App / Hik Connect web portal / iVMS-4200
5. Add user’s owned devices into user’s registered account
6. The new registered device is ready to use

regards, but it happens that in the model DS-7200HVI DVR Series / HFI-SH, It connects perfect for hik-connect, detail when reviewing videos, This resets and activates alarm.
I'm looking for an alternative to HIK-connect as “suerlive More” (connecting meriva, Dahua and others but not Hikvision) to see if the app, or DVR which has the fault. Has only 15 connected cameras

I am a fanatic Hikvision but unfortunately for one week I'm on the hikconnect setting to see my images remotely and nothing.
I not only can not get the verification code but worse still kan I scan the barcode,it gives me the IP address of my kind of DVR,harbor,utisateur name and password, but nothing happens
